The Village offers the Cannon Community room (click photos to enlarge), a sunny, spacious accommodation for up to 50 people (30’ x 33’, 990 sq. feet), for meetings, parties and other special occasions. Located at the heart of our Village, it is surrounded by a landscaped courtyard, and has a seasonally furnished patio for those events in which you may want to take advantage of the outdoors.

The room is equipped with a full kitchen, coffee makers, round tables, chairs, DVD/VCR, projection screen, coat rack, small microphone, and podium. It offers convenient parking and is wheelchair accessible. Available for just $65.00/5 hours; $125 for full-day + 6.5% sales tax.
