Welcome to Village on the Cannon, a condominium development in downtown Northfield, Minnesota.

Here at The Village (see the site plan map), located between Seventh and Eighth Streets next to the Cannon River, we have a grocery store, pharmacy, seasonal farmer's market, and lovely historic downtown Northfield just steps away. Walking trails and the Northfield Public Library are nearby.

Gable Roofs, Stonework, and Mortar
Quality, beauty, and architectural integrity have directed us in the design and construction of our condominium. We selected the award-winning firm of Mithun Architects from Seattle to create the beautiful, unique living spaces of Village on the Cannon. Buildings I and II are three-stories with 45 units under gable rooftops. We are scheduling construction in three phases, with approximately 90 units total. Groundbreaking occurred July 14, 2004, and the grand opening in July, 2005.

Are You Curious?
Northfield offers several world-renowned educational and academic institutions and organizations, including Carleton College, St. Olaf College, and Cannon Valley Elder Collegium.

The Northfield Senior Center offers a beautiful, comprehensive wellness center that includes personal trainers, a fully equipped fitness and health education facility, and a swimming pool. They offer travel tours, computer classes, creative and musical arts, and congregate dining. They can be reached at 507.664.3700 and are
